Assistance with medication-related routines as permitted by the member’s approved plan of care, caregiver scope of practice, and applicable Georgia requirements.
Who We Serve
We support eligible adults who need assistance to remain safely and independently in their homes and communities. Services may include authorized Georgia Medicaid EDWP, CCSP, and SOURCE services, as well as applicable private-pay home-care services.
Services are provided according to each member’s approved plan of care and Georgia Medicaid requirements.

Alliant Home Health Care provides authorized services within Georgia’s Elderly & Disabled Waiver Program (EDWP), including the Community Care Services Program (CCSP) and Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment (SOURCE). Services are based on member eligibility, authorization, and the approved plan of care.
Medicaid Compliance & Electronic Visit Verification
